'Includes Delivery' Option - List of States

We have very good shipment rates in the 48 continental US States. Pricing includes residential delivery and lift-gate service.

When offered, the "Free Delivery", "Free Shipping" and/or "Includes Delivery" options are only available in the 48 continental US States. We do not sell, supply or deliver outside this area.

Some restrictions may apply, full disclosure will be stated.

Product Dispatch

Your order is placed immediately your payment has been confirmed.

The item/s is dispatched within 3-4 business days. Time needs to be added for delivery by the freight company. Please note the sauna kits are large units and need to be handled in the proper manner. Be sure to have a friend on hand to help carry the package inside the premises after delivery. It will be shipped to your front door or garage.

It's important to note that when your item arrives at the nearest depot the freight company will phone you to arrange a suitable time for drop-off.

Pick Ups

We no longer allow pick up. In the past, when pick ups were available, issues arose from people not following proper and safe transportation methods.
